Pride Events in NYC and Paris!

New York Pride Week UN-Globe Gathering: 21 June

On Thursday, June 21st, we are getting together to meet and thank visual designer and artist L.K. Napolitano, who designed our new UN-GLOBE logo! Come and meet her, and meet other colleagues and diplomats as well.

Where: Uncle Charlie’s
(139 East 45th Street – between Lexington and 3rd avenue)
When: Thursday, June 21, starting at 6.15PM


New York Pride: Saturday and Sunday, 23 - 24th June

OutRight has kindly invited UN-GLOBE members to march with them on Sunday June 24 at NYC Pride!

For those who are interested in Dyke March taking place this Saturday from 5PM to 7PM. More info on the Facebook event.

Those who are interested in either the parade on Sunday or Dyke March on Saturday, please contact ohrm_globe@un.org so we can arrange some UN-GLOBE merchandise for you that you can use together with OutRight materials.


Marche des Fiertes / Paris Pride : 30 June

UN-GLOBE to march in Paris’ Pride Parade (Marche des fiertés) together with OECD-GLOBE on June 30! Route and more info available here.

Those of you who would like a t-shirt with the UNESCO and UN-GLOBE logos, please submit a request together with you size by COB Fri. June 15. The t-shirts will be entirely self-funded and will cost approximately 10 € each.
